At least **60% marks** in each of these three subjects individually.

-
**Major Change for 2026:** Students who retake the Class 12 examination for **all subjects** are no longer eligible for BITSAT.9 Only those who take improvement in a few subjects (while maintaining “Pass” status) are considered.

## **Exam Pattern & Unique Features**

BITSAT is a 3-hour Computer-Based Test (CBT) known for testing speed and accuracy rather than just complex problem-solving.

-
**Physics/Maths:** Focus on speed.20 BITSAT questions are often formula-based but require quick calculation.

-
**Chemistry:** NCERT is your best friend.22 Inorganic chemistry questions are often direct lines from the textbook.

-
**English & LR:** Do not ignore these! They make up nearly **23% of the paper** and are often the difference between a seat in Pilani versus other campuses.
